Human Resources Business Partner – Saudi National

Saudi Arabia SALARY: 27,000 AED - 29,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Purpose of Position
To support the payroll function with timely and precise information
To lead the leave process
To supervise the onboarding and offboarding process
To manage the health insurance and life insurance plan
To oversee the visa function
To manage HR systems (Gulf HR / HRIS)
To manage, support, coach, and develop the HR Operations team to provide efficient and effective HR services to all ME employees.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

Leave administration
• Manage the leave administration and self-service portal for all employees in KSA
• Run monthly HR reports for leave analysis and reconcile the data with Staffing and Operations
• Support system enhancements initiatives to improve visibility, transparency, and ease of use for our employees
• Prepare communication to employees in line with public holidays and main events in the kingdom.
• Supervise visa providers, and provide them with feedback and support as needed
• Overview of visa and permit-related processes for employees, dependents, and imports
• Ensure high-quality and timely communication with employees
• First point of escalation for visa-related topics

Compensation and Benefits
• Support the preparation of regular salary and bonus proposals for the employees in the region,
• Prepare the communication with employees on payroll deductions
• Payroll, leave, and compensation-related reporting
• First point of escalation for comp & ben related topics
• Make sure all comp & ben processes and tracking sheets are well documented and audit compliant
• Monitor and ensure implementation of regional Comp & Ben specificities (WPS, GOSI, local taxes, contractual commitments)
Onboarding and offboarding
• Collaborate with the onboarding and offboarding functions and provide feedback and support as needed
• Establish, maintain, and run the regional Onboarding sessions
• Make sure there is smooth and continuous communication and coordination between all the HR operations functions (onboarding, offboarding, leave, payroll, visa)

• Provide timely information on all payroll elements to the central team
• Ensure high-quality and timely communication of payroll-related topics to employees, including but not limited to deductions deriving from leave of absence.
• Make sure all payroll processes are well-documented and audit compliant
• Able to handle payroll and benefits-related queries in the absence of a payroll coordinator
Health and Life Insurance
• First point of escalation for insurance-related questions
HR System
• Ensure optimal use of the system, accurate data processing, and reporting
• Make sure the system is compliant with local labor law

Additional Functions and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the HR Manager in UAE to ensure communications with employees are done promptly and standardized.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills

• Organizational and prioritizing skills, problem-solving
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure

Technical Skills
• Proficient in general Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
• Knowledge of HR Systems (preferably People Soft, SAP)
• Ability to conduct internet research
• Design and develop spreadsheets, and utilize the Firm’s technical tools
Education University degree level in human resources, business administration, or finance is preferred.

Previous Experience
Relevant work experience (5-8years) in a professional, corporate, customer-focused driven business. Preferably in an international firm
