London (West End) SALARY: £80,000 - £90,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a leading international private equity firm.

As part of a global wider HR team, this is a stand-alone HR role in the London office reporting into the Chief People Officer based in New York City. The HRBP will partner closely with internal stakeholders, manage day to day HR needs and HR projects.

 Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day HR point of contact for the London office.
  • To be an experienced strategic HR partner for internal stakeholders and management.  
  • Generalist duties such as employee lifecycle, being the first point of contact for employee queries, internal communications, and managing the HRIS.
  • Managing employee relations cases and partnering with the legal department when needed.
  • Partnering with the Chief People Officer and Senior Leaders to develop and execute HR strategies, initiatives  and programmes.
  • Support the configuration and implementation of the new HRIS roll out.
  • Consulting senior leadership to configure and manage performance and compensation review process.
  • Manage the employee benefit programmes.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures.
  • Oversee change management initiatives, including monitoring and maintaining progress, ensuring that  change is embedded in the culture long-term, and providing ongoing coaching and support.
  • Provide DE&I committee support.

    Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience working in Human Resources with experience of working within HR in the UK.  
  • CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent degree.
  • HR Generalist experience with the ability to partner closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Financial or professional services experience preferred.
  • Strong passion for HR and creating relationships with clients.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Confident presenter.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
