Transformation Manager
We are looking for a Consultant for one of the Big 4 to lead and manage the HR Function and Tech Transformation Program, ensuring strategic execution, owning the outcome delivery.
The role
- Develop the overall transformation execution plan aligned to strategic goals and agreed priorities.
- Lead multiple transformation initiatives/projects, ensuring adherence to timeline, scope and budget.
- Monitor program progress, manage risks and issues across all initiatives, and ensure continuous reporting to key stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce governance structures for all initiatives/projects to ensure effective delivery.
- Drive organizational change management and ensure continuous communication with senior stakeholders across the company.
- Analyse program performance through data metrics and report to executive leadership. • Ensure that the Transformation Program is resourced effectively and manage overall budget. -
Profile:
- Extensive experience in leading significant, multi-year HR Function and Technology Transformation Programs.
- Skilled in creating Change Management strategies and driving organizational change • Knowledge of HR technology, preferably proven expertise in managing implementation of SAP SuccessFactors or Phenom People platforms and modules.
- Effective collaboration with HR teams and business to ensure value generation, meeting transformation objectives and key results.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple sub-work streams simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Experience in agile working models and methods, with preferred experience in Product Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German would be a significant advantage.
