HR Manager – Mostly Remote

London (Greater) SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client is a highly reputable full-service creative agency, catering to a range of household-names in looking after their marketing, advertising and PR needs. They are looking for a mostly-remote, experienced HR Manager to support their growth plans and HR requirements, and the role will be on a full time basis. You will have line management responsibilities for one HR administrator, and occasional travel will be required several days a month to the company’s office in Greater Southwest London.


The key role responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding lifecycle
  • Manage the full recruitment process from creating the JD with the hiring manager, benchmarking salaries, advertising the role, through to interviewing candidates and offering the roles, and then onboarding and ensuring the candidate journey runs smoothly
  • Own the full Learning and Development remit including utilising external suppliers when needed
  • Providing support, guidance, and advice to line managers within the business, on all HR and Recruitment related matters, in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure all legal and compliance matters are looked after, utilising external lawyers where needed


Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 3+ years working within HR ideally within an agency environment
  • Recruitment experience including interviewing, direct sourcing, pipelining
  • High EQ with a natural skill for building relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise – extremely organised
  • Previous exposure to a multi-national organisation would be ideal
