15,000 – 20,000 AED per month + benefits + bonus

My client a highly reputable company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team and drive the expansion across the GCC region.  The candidate must have experience working in HR ideally with GCC experience who thrives in a busy and dynamic role.   

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Employee life cycle and experience being the go-to for all HR related matters  
  • Overseeing the Talent Acquisition remit – attracting top talent full 360 cycle
  • Performance support- developing the processes / expectations across the company
  • Employee onboarding / offboarding, inductions, training, employee benefits
  • Ensure HR processes are streamlined
  • Draft / maintain Employee manual
  • Employee management in line with labour laws, manage PRO (visas/ insurance)
  • Work closely with the Legal & Compliance Department
  • Any adhoc requests

 Essential requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in HR ideally in an international company
  • Experience in Financial Services  
  • Knowledge of using Bamboo or HRIS systems  
  • Desirable to have experience working in the GCC region
  • Confident in using Microsoft office
