HR Manager – Amazing Part-Time Opportunity

London (Greater) SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time HR Manager (standalone) to join a forward thinking and exciting hospitality business in South Kensington. This is a part-time, hybrid, permanent role (25.5 hours), with complete flexibility around how you would like to split and work your weekly hours. If successful, you will be joining a contemporary, yet wonderfully historic company, with exciting People and Culture plans which you will be at the helm of.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits all the way through to offboarding
  • Devise, develop and implement the HR strategy
  • Ensuring that recruitment processes are seamless, from selection to onboarding
  • Reviewing business training demands, designing, and implementing appropriate programs and tools around compliance, departments, and future developments
  • Updating company policies and procedures in line with UK employment law, liaising with HR consultants where necessary
  • Examining and establishing pay structures, employee perks and benefits
  • Manage and lead full HRIS migration project
  • Build strong and collaborative stakeholder relationships across the business

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience of working within a similar role
  • Hold a Business Management or CIPD – Desirable
  • Highly organised, pro-active, and enthusiastic about providing impeccable employee experience
  • Have sound knowledge of UK employment law
  • Ability to communicate across all levels
  • Have high emotional intelligence and with a solution focused approach, demonstrating the ability to listen with a solid ethical and moral judgement
  • Confidence in using MS office and HR Smart Software.
  • Experience in Salesforce would be an advantage
