HR Coordinator – City of London

London (City of) SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

I am currently recruiting for a very exciting HR Coordinator position to work for an asset management firm based in stunning offices located in the City of London. They are looking for a bright, proactive and highly organised candidate to join their team of impressive individuals.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • To provide support to the busy team of approximately 5people
  • To act as the first point of contact for the team and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Inbox management
  • To work with teams / departments on various projects
  • To support with ad hoc administration duties such as processing invoices and reporting

Key skills & experience

  • Previous administration/coordinator experience ideally working within financial services
  • The ability to adapt communication based on audience
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
