HR Coordinator – Architecture

London (City of) SALARY: £32,000 - £37,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client is a highly reputable and friendly Architecture practice, looking for an HR Coordinator to support their HR team, high performing workforce, and growth plans. This role will be on a full-time permanent basis, offering three home working days each week, two days in absolutely stunning London Bridge offices, flexible hours, great company benefits, and a rare opportunity to join an accomplished and supportive team.

The key role responsibilities include:

  • Supporting on the full employee lifecycle and act as the first point of contact in the HR team of three.
  • Maintain the HRIS (AMPM) and ensure employee records are kept up to date
  • Supporting on recruitment activities where needed, from liasing with candidates and booking interviews to contracts and offer letters, supporting with onboarding and inductions organisation and communication
  • Acting as the departmental lynchpin for all things admin and organisation within the HR team – building and keeping trackers, maintaining records, keeping up to date and asking for help when needed
  • Delivering an impeccable employee experience at all times and taking pride in doing so

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum around 2 years working in an HR Administrative position
  • Extremely strong Admin and Organisational skills
  • Very strong IT skills and a genuine passion for software with a natural curiosity around exploring systems to utilise their full potential  
  • Team player with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
  • Experience working within a busy environment  
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Right to work in UK – essential
