HR Business Partner – French or German Speaking

London (Greater) SALARY: €60,000 - €65,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client, a global technology company are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team. This role will really suit someone who has proven experience working at a HR Business Partner level who is on a director level journey. The role is predominantly office based position which can be located out of London and Dublin locations and requires regular travel across our clients various UK and International enitities. A generous bonus and benefits package will be offered with this role. 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement a people agenda that enables and facilitates success within a high growth environment
  • Spearhead a culture of reflection and improvement, always looking ahead
  • Work closely with the talent team and other relevant departments to ensure onboarding procedures and inductions are flawless
  • Regularly review policies and procedures to ensure that they reflect company culture across all entities
  • Partner with rewards and finance teams to support EVP
  • Develop and drive strategic projects, collaborating with relevant departments to improve diversity and inclusion and overall employee experience
  • Contribute and work alongside management peers in making key business decisions that will shape the people agenda and function

Key Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience working at a HR Business Partner level
  • Must be fluent in either French or German
  • Confidence in fully supporting and educating the senior leadership team with all People, Culture and Development matters
  • Strong project management skills
  • Able to communicate well, both written and verbal across all levels of the business
  • Ability to make data driven decisions
