London (Greater) SALARY: £55,000 - £60,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client is a highly reputable IT Software company, are looking for an experienced and talented HR Business Partner. This forward thinking and fast-moving company, where your remit adds value to the employee lifecycle and helping to shape how HR is delivered across the region. This is a mostly remote role.

The key role responsibilities include:

  • Acting in a leadership capacity to the HR operations team, developing, implementing, and evaluating people-focused processes and procedures which adhere to the company’s broader values
  • Acting as a key support for line management and business heads on the full range of HR issues including performance management and also the rolling-out and execution of policies
  • Supporting in a range of employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  •  Ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are in line with current UK employment laws
  • Oversee the end to end recruitment process for hires in your allocated Practice areas
  • Have full oversight and independently manage all ER issues, developing junior team members to assist and deliver activity
  • Support the delivery of the HR Strategy by working on key people initiatives and programmes
  • Handle benefits queries

Skills and experience required:

  • Degree and/or CIPD qualification required
  • Previous experience in a senior HR role essential
  • Excellent communication abilities, written and verbal, with an ability to influence and be persuasive with a variety of stakeholders within the business Degree and/or CIPD qualified and progressive roles within HR
  • Experience of a range of restructuring activity
  • Strongly analytical, and able to extract key information from data to inform HR decisions and educate others
  • A key understanding of the company’s culture and values and how this will inform HR practice
  • Efficient and highly organised, adept at working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems Workday and Cascade is advantageous
