HR Assistant – Oxford

London (Greater) SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client is a highly reputable Data Analytics and Research consultancy, looking for an accomplished and credible HR Assistant to support their HR team from an administrative and recruitment coordination perspective.   This role will be on a full-time basis, mainly office-based (with the occasional home working day) from the picturesque city of Oxford, and reporting into the HR Manager

The key role responsibilities include:

  • Supporting on the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, and training administration
  • Be able to screen CVs, and to know ‘what good looks like’ quickly and effectively
  • Be able to pull together reports and MI tools for senior level meetings – accuracy is key
  • Update the HR, ATS and LMS systems regularly and accurately, looking for ways to get the most out of them and utilise them to their full potential
  • Take ownership of all training coordination and communicate with team members to ensure their needs are being met by the trainers and training programme provided
  • Be proactive in your approach to HR and Recruitment Admin, looking for ways to improve upon business processes at all times
  • Working at a very fast pace, and being able to thrive in that environment

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum 1-2 years working within an HR or Operations role
  • Must be able to commute to Oxford centre 5 days a week
  • Educated to A-Levels or higher
  • This role will suit an excellent communicator, a fast learner, and someone who is empathetic and hard working
  • Tech savvy, with experience in MS office, and advanced excel skills – highly desirable
  • Experience in working for a high growth organisation – desirable
  • Experience of diary management across multiple time zones - desirable
  • Experience working for a multinational organisation – desirable
