HR Advisor & Office Manager

London (West End) SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 PER: Annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor/Office Manager to join one of London’s most eminent professional services organisations. This is a full-time hybrid role, on a permanent basis, based within their central London office. Our client is offering a highly competitive salary with amazing benefits. The successful candidate will be joining a contemporary, dynamic company that plays a key role in shaping Central London and the role will comprise a mix of operational, administrative and cultural duties.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the successful running of the office, both from an administrative and people engagement perspective
  • Supporting the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits all the way through to offboarding
  • Supporting the HR Director across a full generalist remit including recruitment, employee relations, and the updating of policies and procedures
  • Acting as a champion for a fun, lively and engaged office culture – including the organising of social events
  • Being a trusted first point of contact for both HR and general administrative enquiries
  • Reviewing business training demands, designing, and implementing appropriate programs and tools
  • Supporting on payroll processes
  • Supporting the HR director on a range of ad-hoc project work
  • Being a super-user of the company’s HR system

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience of working within a similar role
  • Hold a HR-related qualification, preferably Bachelors or CIPD level 3
  • Highly organised, pro-active, and enthusiastic about providing fantastic employee experiences
  • Have sound knowledge of UK employment law
  • Ability to communicate across all levels
  • Have high emotional intelligence and with a solution focused approach, demonstrating the ability to listen with a solid ethical and moral judgement
  • Confidence in using all Microsoft programs including Excel and Powerpoint
