London (Greater) SALARY: £55,000 - £60,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a professional services company on a full-time basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Acting as 1st point of contact to all managers, advising on the full remit of HR issues
- Assistance with performance management and personal development for all employees
- Leading on the full range of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
- Supporting on the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
- Providing HR administrative support as well as assisting on strategic projects
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date with current employment law
- Acting as a superuser of HR systems and coaching other
- Assisting with recruitment requirements and L&D as required
Skills and experienced required:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
- Previous experience in a professional services or financial services environment
- CIPD qualified or degree equivalent
- Thorough understanding of international employment law and employee relations
- Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise workload
- Self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high-quality service and experience for all
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with all business stakeholders
