London (Greater) SALARY: £55,000 - £60,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a professional services company on a full-time basis.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Acting as 1st point of contact to all managers, advising on the full remit of HR issues
  • Assistance with performance management and personal development for all employees
  • Leading on the full range of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
  • Supporting on the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
  • Providing HR administrative support as well as assisting on strategic projects
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date with current employment law
  • Acting as a superuser of HR systems and coaching other
  • Assisting with recruitment requirements and L&D as required

Skills and experienced required:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Previous experience in a professional services or financial services environment
  • CIPD qualified or degree equivalent
  • Thorough understanding of international employment law and employee relations
  • Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high-quality service and experience for all
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships with all business stakeholders
