London (West End) SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
An excellent HR Advisor role at a leading, established Management Consultancy.
This is a permanent role for an ambitious HR Advisor who is looking for a role within a high-achieving Human Resources team where they can stay long-term and grow their career.
This role will be on a permanent basis with hybrid working, from their beautiful well-equipped offices in the West End. The key role responsibilities include:
- Implementing and updating company policies and procedures in line with changing UK legislation
- Leading on employee engagement projects
- Supporting on the full employee life cycle – recruitment, contracts and offers, onboarding, training, and development, all the way through to offboarding
- Ownership of the HRIS (Workday), maintaining the integrity of the data
- Managing Employee Relations queries efficiently and within current legislation to resolution
- Supporting on all benefits, pensions auto enrolment and any reward matters
- HR project work
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 4+ years working within a HR position within Professional Services/ Financial Services / Management Consultancy, ideally
- Level 5 CIPD minimum or equivalent university degree
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in UK HR and employment law
- Highly resilient and confident in the work that they produce
- Self-starter – highly proactive and motivated
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of HRIS – Workday, ideally
