HR ADMINISTRATOR – CANARY WHARF
London (City of) SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
One of our global finance clients based in Canary Wharf are looking for a team administrator to support a busy team. The client are seeking a solid administrator, no HR experience required.
Based in fantastic offices in Canary Wharf, you will work within the HR team focusing on administrative support to include:
- end to end on-boarding of new employees
- running previous employment checks for all new joiners
- assisting with and preparing payroll
- use of different systems
- general administrative – updating the organisational chart, maintaining files in line with GDPR, reference letters, headcount reporting, owning the invoice process
WHO YOU ARE
Can-do, personable with a positive attitude. You will thrive in a highly administrative and process heavy role, be exceptionally organised with excellent attention to date. Similar experience in a team-based / administrative / finance role preferable and you will be adept at working in a fast paced, professional and corporate environment.
