HR Administrator
Salary: £25k-£30k
Our client is an industry leading beauty PR company, looking for a fantastic HR administrator to join their amazing team based in their beautiful new office in the heart of London. This is a great opportunity for someone who is early on in their HR career and eager to learn and grow within this sector.
The Role
This role is heavily admin based, supporting the day-to-day running of the HR department within a small team of two, reporting into the Talent and Culture Partner.
Duties include:
- Coordinate HR paperwork for new starters, leavers across both UK and US teams
- Assist with the new payroll system for both UK & US
- Support with all recruitment process including offer letters, contracts, welcome emails and reference checking.
- Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers
- Ensure the on boarding process for all new hires runs smoothly - check visa status etc
- Heavily admin based
- Be the first point of contact for any general queries within the company
The Candidate:
- At least 1 year experience in a HR role/ payroll background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be analytically minded
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Deal with sensitive and confidential information in a mature manner
