HR Administrator
3 – 6-month Temporary Position
£13 - £16 per hour
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to join a world leading financial trading business on a 3–6-month temporary basis. This busy role offers hybrid working and opportunity to build on your HR knowledge within a dynamic Human Resource team.
The role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide HR administration and support within a busy Human Resources team.
Duties include:
- Monitoring a shared mailbox and being the first the point of contact for general HR queries including but not limited to annual leave, unpaid leave requests
- Supporting the onboarding of new hires and managing relevant documentation
- Assisting HR Coordinators with the preparation of Workday staff documentation
- Monitoring and managing Workday requests
- Managing paper and online filing of relevant HR documentation
- Staying up to date with relevant regulatory and legislative training
The candidate:
We are looking for a proactive HR Administrator, who has proven experience working within a fast-paced environment. You will be switched on, organised, and be confident in your ability to prioritise and manage busy workloads. Ideally, you will have experience with Workday or other HRIS. In addition, Word, Excel, and Visio. A strong knowledge of Human Resources best practice and European Employment Legislation is also highly desirable. A constant positive attitude, excellent communication skills and willingness to learn is a must.
This role is offering 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Hours of work: 9-5:30
