HR / Ops Admin – urgent role!

**To start Monday 11th October**
A forward-thinking and rapidly growing insurance firm are looking for an HR / Ops Admin to assist with an increase in workload. They need someone who can start, in office, next Monday and someone who can hit the ground running, has excellent attention to detail and who will pick up the work quickly.
This is an on-going temp role initially, but there is the potential for this to convert into a permanent role if all goes well.
What you’ll do:
The day to day role will include, but not be limited to:
- Looking after the administration of contracts for the company
- Managing diaries and scheduling interviews
- Arranging virtual events
- Managing a central email inbox and ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Arranging gifts to send to employees, ensuring they are in line with all compliance
Who you are:
To be considered for this role and in order to hit the ground running, 2-3 years’ HR admin experience, ideally within a start-up environment, is essential. You will also need to be available immediately, so that you can start work from Monday 11th October.
