Housekeeper, Norfolk

An UHNW couple with a large home in Mundham, Norfolk, are looking for a professional and experienced Housekeeper to work for them on a live-out basis.

The couple’s home includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a home office and a gym.

The couple live alone within the property, and they are looking for a Housekeeper to assist with maintaining the property to a high standard throughout.

Two groundsmen work full time at the property, Monday-Friday, and they take care of the grounds and exterior.

For this role, experience of caring for fine furnishings, fabrics, antiques and and wooden surfaces in the correct manner is a must.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

- All high level housekeeping

- laundry and ironing-care of delicate items and fine fabrics

- Making a list of household supplies that need replenishing

-Polishing silver

-Looking after antiques and household items & surfaces in the correct manner

-Ensuring that the house is immaculately presented

Ideal candidates will:

- Have prior proven experience of working as a Private Housekeeper in Luxury Private Homes, in five-star hotels, or onboard superyachts  

- Have high levels of organisation and attention to detail

- Hold a valid UK driving licence-due to the rural location of the property

- Look to take on this role as their sole position

You will be required to work Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays, however there is an option to make this a five day per week role, should you wish to assist with Housekeeping at the couple’s head office.
