House Manager (fluent Mandarin) – Portland, Oregon

Salary: flexible DOE

My client, a UHNWI is currently recruiting for an experienced House Manager to support the day-to-day operations of one of their properties.  This is a LIVE-OUT role and requires someone who has extensive experience in the daily running of a private residence. 

To be considered for this role, you must speak both Mandarin and English fluently. 

Duties
-          Management of a small staff, namely a housekeeper, gardener, and sometimes a chef
-          Maintaining household inventory
-          Daily maintenance and upkeep of the 6000 sq. ft. home
-          Organizing any contractors if needed
-          Ordering groceries, keeping everything fully stocked
-          Other general administration

This role is perfect for someone who has a proactive nature and a positive attitude.  They will need support 5-6 days per week on a permanent basis.
