House Manager, Belgravia

Tiger Private are in search of a House Manager for a residency based in Belgravia, London.

You will be overseeing the day to day running of the London townhouse, with duties including scheduling maintenance and house repairs, managing all administrative requirements such as invoicing, house budgets and accounting, as well as managing a household team of 4, including two housekeepers, a chef and a chauffeur. As this is not the principals main residence so you will be the eyes of ears of the property, ensuring it is constantly prepared for the principals arrival at short notice. Due to the principals ever changing schedule, you may be required to travel with the principal at short notice so having flexibility is vital.

The ideal candidates will have in depth experience working with UHNW clients, ideally with a background working in a similar position. This role will be suited to a candidate with 5* Hotel or Private Household experience, due to the fast paced and meticulous nature of the duties involved. You should be able to work autonomously with a positive attitude whilst remaining professional and discreet at all times.
