Job Title: Head of Treasury

Our client is a leading crypto trading and investment platform, they are looking for a passionate and strategic Head of Treasury to become part of their team.

They are searching for a driven individual who can navigate the dynamic landscape of treasury management in the cryptocurrency domain and aid our organization's financial health and product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Treasury Strategy & Financial Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies for the company’s financial management, focusing on treasury efficiency and risk-adjusted returns on crypto-assets
  • Oversee company’s Earn product's financial health, aligning with the vision for growth and customer value.

• Investment & Risk Oversight:
  • Monitor and manage the exchange's investment portfolio, ensuring compliance with investment policies and risk appetite.
  • Cooperate with company’s Chief Risk Officer to conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential financial exposures.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze financial data to forecast future performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on the treasury's status and progress for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in finance, such as a CFA, would be advantageous.
• Proven experience in treasury management, asset management, or a related financial field, with a strong preference for expertise in cryptocurrency assets.
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
