Head of People – Private Client – Remote
UK (regional) SALARY: £80,000 - £90,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
Our client is a high net worth individual with multiple businesses, including an investment management company, as well as an extensive residential office along with numerous land and non-land-based assets. They are looking for a highly experienced Head of People to oversee all HR and Recruitment duties across their businesses. The role will be remote and on a full-time, permanent basis, although with a fantastic central London office available, if you need it.
The key role responsibilities include: Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Direct sourcing and pipelining talent at all levels and across varied industries
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate the recruitment process end-to-end Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Work closely with multiple department heads to gain an understanding of their hiring needs
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Build strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
-         Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation       and the individual
-         Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and         sickness, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational change, and all other              employee-relations matters
-         Develop HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing        company requirements
-         Closely align with department heads to manage the performance of the staff by closely monitoring       performance reviews, probation reviews, exit interviews
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Understanding and adherence of GDPR, ETW and compliance regulations

- Proven track record in a senior head of people role
- Demonstrate length of service and longevity in your roles previously held – no job hoppers please
- Strong background in Recruitment and direct sourcing of candidates
- You must have right to work in the UK
- You will hold a CIPD 7 or master’s degree in HR
- You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be a natural ‘people person’
- Exceptional IT skills, with advanced Excel and Powerpoint is desirable
