Head of Operations

London (City of) SALARY: £55,000 - £65,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client is seeking a highly experienced Head of Operations manager to join their long established specialist Legal recruitment company in London. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, ambitious and demonstrate a clear passion for delivering operational excellence. The pivotal focus of this role is to ensure continued effective growth across the business to uphold its unrivalled reputation in the current market.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Continual analysis of all aspects of business performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and competitiveness
  • Development of innovative strategies, plans and tactics to maximise the potential from the opportunities to improve
  • Influence everyone across the business to want to do better, creating a company-wide culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Supporting the recruitment teams in achieving their business and customer goals
  • Effective implementation of plans and ongoing monitoring to ensure continued effectiveness and identify future areas for improvement
  • Provide strong leadership to your team, supporting, guiding, and developing them to achieve the highest standards of performance
  • Ensure operational expenditure is in line with company budgets and delivers value at all times

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Be highly motivated with a passion for driving operational excellence
  • Have a track record of successfully leading a multidisciplinary team, ideally within the recruitment industry or a similar (highly commercial/face paced/ competitive/customer centric) industry
  • Be commercially aware with an eye for seeing business improvement opportunities
  • Be people, process, systems, and technology focused with a track record of implementing effective change
  • Have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex business ideas
  • Have a track record of effective change management
