Head of Marketing

The Role:

The Head of Marketing will lead the company's marketing initiatives, focusing on aligning marketing strategies with the company's status. This role requires developing comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborating with the Investor Relations team. A strong preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the UAE or GCC region and fluency in Arabic.


Key Responsibilities:


-         Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with position.

-         Lead branding, advertising, digital marketing, public relations, event management, and market research activities.

-         Manage the marketing budget and resources efficiently, focusing on ROI.

-         Build and maintain relationships with media, external partners, stakeholders, and the investment community.

-         Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public speaking engagements.

-         Direct the marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve departmental goals.

-         Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.




-         Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

-         Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with experience in a publicly listed company being highly desirable.

-         Strong preference for candidates with relevant experience in the UAE or GCC region and fluency in Arabic.

-         Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies in alignment with a company's public listing.

-         Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas.

-         Experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.

-         Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

-         Creative mindset with an ability to conceive innovative marketing strategies.

-         Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
