Head of Finance

Our client is a leading provider of professionally monitored alarms and camera video surveillance systems for residential households and small businesses in Europe.

They are looking to recruit a Head of Finance to be based in Newcastle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead and develop the growing finance team
• Complete oversight of all aspects of the Finance function:
  • Accounting (AP) and taxation
  • FP&A and controlling
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Supply Chain

• Final review of management accounts and statutory accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP by the team, reviews of final TBs and disclosures prior to provision to the auditors
• Close collaboration and business partnering with the Directors and senior stakeholders to drive growth and achieve business milestones
• Monitor and analyse department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity
• Relationship with banks and financial institutions
• Work closely with Group functions on transversal topics

 
WHO YOU ARE:

• Fully qualified ACA or equivalent
• Proven experience in finance management
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines 
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment 
• Excellent Excel skills
• Oracle Cloud is a plus
