We have a great opportunity to join a boutique investment company as their head of E-Commerce. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in asset management. This role will focus on growing the efficacy and efficiency of the company’s current e-commerce processes. This will be a very busy role with a lot of responsibility, you will therefore need to be confident, a forward thinker with natural problem-solving skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Redevelop and implement the e-commerce strategy, using insider market insights and trend knowledge to identify new and existing opportunities for growth
• Develop e-commerce strategies to create potential sales opportunities and in turn increase revenue
• Ensure optimum performance of e-commerce platforms  including performance, user experience, and logistics
• Budget management
• Establish and maintain key relationships with external contacts, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Oversee and develop testing strategies, monitor and report on performance
• Manage the e-commerce team and promote internal collaboration
• Manage the launch of new products

WHO YOU ARE

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior e-commerce role
• Experience in the Luc goods market, specifically drinks is a bonus
• Degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Experience in the asset investment sector is desirable
• An impressive portfolio that displays your expertise in e-commerce, demonstrating successful strategies for traffic and revenue
• Experience in sales and marketing
• Demonstrable experience as a B2C/D2C e-commerce leader
• Confident using analytics and reporting tools, A/B testing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• A passionate individual who is comfortable spearheading change and managing a team
