Boston, MA SALARY: $200,000 - $250,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

Tiger is partnered with a private family who is seeking an individual who will be responsible for working directly for the owners to build and manage all private and commercial construction projects. This will include projects currently underway, those in the planning and project 'pipeline' phase, as well as all future development undertaken.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and analyze real estate investment opportunities including due diligence; collaborate on transactions and ultimately execute development in conjunction with the owners
- Work with owners and general contractors to execute major renovations and new builds of houses and structures as well as to complete various projects currently underway. This includes bid evaluation and contractor selection, negotiation and management of contracts, budget tracking, and being the primary driver of each project.
- Maintain and monitor main residences with the help of caretakers and vendors.
- Manage project schedules across multiple properties in clearly articulated reports to monitor progress versus plan
- Budget accountability for future projects - track spending and give feedback
- Conduct forensic work on existing structures with contract performance issues
- Create house manuals for primary residences including warranty coverage, regular maintenance schedules and vendor lists
- Be a team player – collaborate openly with owners and GTMP staff and participate in regular meetings
Qualifications & Competencies
- At least eight to ten years of experience in a similar role.
- Honesty, integrity, complete transparency with and loyalty to owners
- Critical thinker, able to define problems, analyze and present solutions.
- Strong communication skills
- Lifelong learner and lover of the outdoors
- Experience with general contractor budgets and applications for payment.
- Ability to recruit and hire the right people.
- Well organized with excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to travel
