Group Finance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a London-based owner and developer of unique hospitality properties and experiences around the world.  The group owns a number of prestigious hotels in the UK, Europe and USA and a private members club in London. 

The company is looking to recruit a Group Finance Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of group finance.  Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will involve leading the Finance team, and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support and guide the Finance team through accounting and reporting of the Group's corporate and development entities
• Oversee and review monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts for corporate entities
• Support in filing VAT/CT returns
• Support implementation and monitoring of appropriate governance for the Group
• Support and manage 2 direct reports

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:

• An accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
• 5-10 years accounting experience
• Technical proficiency in UK GAAP and knowledge of VAT
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager for a global, multi-currency Group
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders (internal and external)
• Proficient excel skills
