Graduate Programme Lead

My client is a highly reputable global management consultancy, looking for an accomplished and credible Graduate Programme Lead to support their central HR team with Graduate Programme across EMEA. This role will be on a full-time basis, with a hybrid working pattern from the picturesque city of Oxford and within a collaborative, high functioning, and fun company culture. 

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Build, and deliver attraction, selection, and recruitment strategies for graduate hiring across EMEA
• Manage relationships with key external stakeholders and suppliers
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
• Supporting and advising managers in decision making process and overseeing including offer letters and contracts
• Coordination and attendance of graduate networking events including careers fairs, webinars, and internal recruitment activities
• Oversee and manage end-to-end Graduate selection process to ensure the process is efficient and streamlined across EMEA
• Managing the end-to-end graduate lifecycle including graduate onboarding process and main point of contact for all queries and communications
• Act as a role model to deliver the company's values and methods

Skills and experience required:

• Ideally 2 years+ of graduate or early careers recruitment experience in a fast-paced organization, ideally within the professional services sector
• Fluency in English and ideally with one other European language
• Experience sourcing candidates on various channels including social media
• Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data driven and strategically minded
