Salary: 11,000 AED – 14,000 AED

Our client a Start-Up in Dubai is looking for a General Manager who will be reporting to the head office aboard to perform the following duties:

• Take overall responsibility for the Inbound/Outbound and GSA businesses, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

• Initially focus on developing the Outbound segment, requiring strong knowledge of ticketing and packaging.

• Lead and multitask, managing a small team of core staff.

• Oversee a team of 2-3 Executives specializing in ticketing, outbound packages, and inbound tourism.

• Maintain a dotted line reporting structure with the Assistant Manager – finance.

• Seek industry experts with over 10 years of experience, including 3-4 years in a senior position within a similar company.

• Ability to bring in secured business will be a key requirement.

• Build and maintain relationships with government institutes, tourism associations, and key corporate clients.

• Uphold strong business ethics, corporate governance, and promote a positive staff culture.

• Take ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) statement and drive business growth.

• Report directly to the Head Office.
