General Manager

I am currently looking to recruit a self-motivated and experienced general manager on behalf of my client, a modern robata grill restaurant and live music venue, based in East London.

This is a permanent position to start as soon as possible.

The salary offered is between £40,000 and £45,000 pa – negotiable depending on experience.

Closest tube station: Dalston Junction

The ideal candidate has proven previous experience in managing both the bar operations and the front of house in a similar environment.

The role:

• Overseeing every aspect of the restaurant: you will be responsible for managing efficiently the bar operations as well as the FOH.
• Leading by example and collaborating efficiently with the bar team and the BOH team.
• Performing general administration duties related to the restaurant activities, such as dealing with operating costs and financial responsibilities, email inbox and reservations system.
• Ensuring the restaurant operates according to the premises licenses and health and safety regulation.
