Hybrid 4 days in the office, 1 day at home

The role

This role is primarily supporting a wider team of bankers in Equity Capital Markets including 2 MDs. You can expect to be busy in this role and it would suit someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys a fast-paced environment. They need someone who is proactive, can work autonomously, and is happy to support and go where needed. French language skills are a requirement

Duties include:

• extensive diary management including arranging internal and external meetings both in person and using digital platforms
• Book extensive and complex business travel and accommodation, visas, currencies, ground travel, etc.
• gatekeeping
• expense processing using Concur
• supplier invoices
• Event management such as Team Event

The candidate

You will be able to work under pressure and be able to complete tasks with urgency. You will have a great attitude and be happy to have variety in who and where you support. You will be self-sufficient and able to use initiative. You will have outstanding oral and written communication skills. You will have experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Power, and Excel, and Concur. You will have a proven track record in providing outstanding EA support. You will have French language skills and ideally have worked in Finance or Banking before

Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 (flexibility required)
