Financial Controller – Eatontown NJ

Our client, a business consultancy specializing in the technology industry who are based in Eatontown New Jersey are looking to add an experienced Financial Controller to their corporate office. As their Financial Controller you will be reporting directly to the CFO and coordinating with their senior leaders to enable the profitable growth of the company, while also assisting and advising senior management on certain financial issues. This is a full-time in-office position, and would be great for someone who may have previously been commuting into Manhattan but is now looking for something a bit closer to home!

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead on preparation for all financial reports including income statements, cash flow statements, balance sheets
• Preparation of reports for internal leadership, government regulatory agencies and banks
• Oversee the accounting department – leading a high performing team
• Guide company financial decisions, working closely with Senior Leadership
• Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms; provide dashboard and reports
• Study long-range economic trends and project company prospects for future growth
• Oversee, analyze and upload financial data and results
• Analyze reports on sales projections and profits

Candidate
They are looking for a candidate who is a creative problem solver, someone who likes to build and grown and who is a fast acting team player. Bachelor’s degree is required with an MBA or CPA strongly preferred, and minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
