YOUR IMPACT

You will work in the Finance Department of a well known Financial Dpartment in Zurich. You will be primarily responsible for the Swiss regulatory reporting, Financial Accounting and Reporting, and also Taxation. You will also be involved in other finance functions including SNB statistical reporting, Credit Risk, Liquidity Management and Consolidation reporting.

You will be responsible of several financial reporting functions for the Banks entities in Switzerland including:

  • Regulatory reporting (liquidity, statistical reporting to SNB), interpretation of SNB/ FINMA regulatory requirements and implementation of the same
  • Preparation and analysis of financial accounts and reporting under Swiss and US GAAP, including various reporting to the US for consolidation purposes
  • Preparation of Statutory accounts under Swiss GAAP, interaction with Auditors
  • Swiss Tax reporting (Corporate taxes, VAT and transactional taxes) and coordinating with the European and US Tax teams on local and foreign tax issues, involvement in Transfer Pricing and interaction with local tax authorities and support or tax audits
  • Co-ordination and controlling of the Bank's business activities including Credit risk on loans, bank guarantees and derivatives; and Market risk on currency exposure positions.
  • Participation in global financial/regulatory projects (automations, systems developments, new products)

Skills

  • 3-4 years’ professional experience in Regulatory Reporting/Financial Reporting/Audit within the Financial Services sector
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Fluency in English mandatory, German is a nice to have.

For this role we can only consider candidates who hold a Valid Swiss /EU Passport or Swiss Permit.
