Finance Manager

We are actually looking for a local Finance Manager, preferably has 6-7 years of accounting experience for DMCC entities. The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• To review and liaise with external service providers for Annual Financial statements, tax filings & Quarterly VAT return filing

• Prepare payroll calculations
• Prepare month-end closing 
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliation
• Preparation of quarterly and annual cashflows budget
• Provide assistance and ensure compliance with all regulatory filings 
• Handle payments and expenses reimbursements 
• Maintenance of employees’ annual leave register
• Liaise with internal and external lawyer for company filings such as resolutions and other legal documents 
• Other ad hoc administrative duties

Languages and Skills:

• Degree holder, Major in Accounting/Finance preferrable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Proficient in English
• 6 – 7 years of relevant work experiences preferrable
