Finance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of London's leading Estate agents.  Based in central London, this role will be ideal for someone with solid finance experience who is happy to be the only bookkeeper in the organisation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Monthly payroll for 10 employees
• Bank reconciliations
• Purchase ledger - posting invoices and arranging payment runs
• Credit Control - downloading creditors list from client account data and chasing late payments
• Quaterly VAT returns which are reviewed by external accountants
• Report to one of the Director's and liaise with the external Accountant

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

• Bookkeeping or accounting qualification preferable but qualified by experience will be considered
• Payroll experience essential
• Good accounting software knowledge and experience
• Experienced Excel user and proficient in other MS Office products
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent system skills
• Team player

WHAT YOU WILL GET:

• 30k -40k base salary (depending on experience)
