London (West End) SALARY: £55,000 - £60,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
Tiger Private is looking for an Operations Assistant for an established Family Office in Notting Hill.
This role is crucial for the smooth running of the Family Office Operations and will touch every single department.
We are seeking a candidate with an interest in numbers and Family Office Operations above else. Previous exposure to a HNW Family Office environment is necessary.
You will be required to work within the Family Office, however once the probation period is over, you can work one day per week from home.
Finance Support Responsibilities:
Data inputting to produce periodical financial reports.
Issue invoices where necessary.
Provide help with categorising all expenses monthly.
Draft/input and execute payments upon instruction.
Stock trading execution upon instruction.
Private Desk Responsibilities:
Assist with inputting data where necessary.
Generic admin duties where required.
Submit and track health insurance claims.
Assists with calendar management where needed.
Estate Household Management:
Assist with managing all estate household management matters.
Assist with keeping track of suppliers, contracts, and duly organising the Property Registry.
The Ideal Candidate
Have strong financial acumen and be detail oriented.
Be tech-savvy, familiar with Mac, Gmail and Excel.
Fluent in English, fluency in Spanish is a big plus!
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
