San Francisco, CA SALARY: $125,000 - $145,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

Salary: $125,000 p.a. - $140,000 p.a.

Tiger is partnered with an UHNWI who is looking for an EA / PA to act as the gatekeeper of the calendar, and support in all areas of business, lifestyle, philanthropy, special projects, meetings, and events. The EA / PA will build and maintain relationships with external professionals and vendors, acting as the first point of contact. This role will be an integral member of the family’s support team.


  • Provide personal, executive, and administrative support in all areas of the principal’s life.
  • Proactively communicate with the Principal to ensure upcoming projects and events are managed.
  • Collaborate with the property and household services teams to coordinate projects and events and elevate workflow. Communicate clearly and consistently with all property staff and all off-site colleagues.
  • Represent and interface with Principals’ family, colleagues, clients, collaborators, and professional advisors.
  • Manage and maintain complex personal/family/business calendars.
  • Plan and execute travel itineraries, and communicate logistics with private flight operations teams.
  • Collaborate on logistics coordination, planning, organization, and seamless orchestration of small-to-large-scale events.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining manuals, procedures, and checklists for operations, events, travel, and conducting annual reviews & updates.
  • Oversee projects as assigned, including maintenance of archives, memorabilia, and business/venture-related information.
  • Assist in managing/tracking expenses and bills, credit cards, and coordinating with accounting.
  • Assist with general administrative processes, including daily mail receipt, record, and distribution; filing; and scanning.


  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven-plus years of relevant experience or equivalent
  • Warm, polished, poised, intuitive, respectful, calm, and collaborative by nature.
  • Exceptionally organized, intelligent, dynamic, confident, natural multi-tasker, and resourceful.
  • Must be comfortable around pets.
  • Superb written and oral communication.
  • Capable of easily juggling competing deadlines while remaining calm
