Boston, MA SALARY: $120,000 - $125,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

Our client is a high-net-worth individual seeking a full-time Executive Personal Assistant for day-to-day support of the Principal and management of the household in Belmont, MA.

Responsibilities include:

-        Calendar management, including business and personal appointments

-        Supervision of staff, in particular scheduling part-time caregiver staff that is in place to attend to the principal’s young adult child with special needs

-        Tracking expenses and coordinating with third-party payroll company for payment of caregiver staff

-        Tracking and filing medical records, bills, insurance claims

-        Travel planning, including detailed itineraries and light research regarding top accommodations, restaurants, and points of interest

-        Managing communications with third parties; email management/correspondence

-        Being the point of contact for vendors/contractors to the household

-        Personal errands

-        Event planning

-        Gifting

-        Administrative support for special projects, including the construction of a new home in the same area

Requirements include:

-        Bachelor’s degree

-        Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

-        Prior experience supporting a senior executive or high-net-worth individual

-        Excellent time management skills

-        Experience with discreetly handling confidential information

-        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-        Ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing needs

Experience with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, is also required. Applicants should also have experience with QuickBooks and coordinating with third-party payroll companies.

Prior experience handling sensitive medical information is preferred.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with occasional flexibility to respond to message outside of regular work hours.

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000, based on experience.
