Executive Assistant to Partner

New York City, NY SALARY: $100,000 - $130,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
Global private equity firm seeks a full-time Executive Assistant supporting a Senior Partner and 2 - 3 Associates.
The Executive Assistant will provide direct administrative support to the Partner and Associates with the following responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management
- Email and phone communication with clients, investors, and internal leadership
- Travel planning, including commercial and private aviation, ground transportation and detailed itineraries
- Meeting and event planning, including coordinating virtual or in-person meetings
- Preparing expense reports
- Gatekeeping and prioritizing external requests on Partner’s time
- Handle confidential information relating to investors, Board members, employees, and the Partner
- Coordinate ad hoc projects assigned by Partner or leadership team
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Financial sector experience preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing needs
Experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, with flexibility to occasionally adjust schedule if Partner is staying later at office. Friday is usually a work-from-home day except on occasions when the Partner is working in the office.
Boutique office environment of approximately 20 employees in heart of midtown Manhattan.
$100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience, plus annual bonus and competitive benefits package.
