London (West End) SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 PER: Annum TERM: Contract

An exciting opportunity has become available for an EA/Office Manager to join a boutique financial services firm with international offices and billions of dollars’ worth of net assets, on a 15-month contract basis. This is a unique role to support the Managing Director of the business in a close capacity, along with the wider team. Based in the heart of the gorgeous West End, offering hybrid working, in the office three days per week and working from home two days per week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This role is a hybrid Executive Assistant & Office Manager role which will see you become the ‘go-to’ team member for the Managing Director and a wider office of 8 people.

  • Comprehensive and complex diary support for the MD and senior executives, and managing internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinating international travel across Canada, Europe, and Asia, including organizing Visas if required.
  • Collaborating with the HR and IT teams including onboarding and offboarding; liaising with IT providers, building management, and suppliers.
  • Managing expenses, reports, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ad hoc administrative support including preparing presentation decks, meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You must possess at least 4 years of EA & Office Management experience including 2 years of experience supporting senior executive level in a fast-paced organization.
  • We are seeking a proactive, dynamic individual with a ‘no task too big or small’ approach who enjoys getting stuck in and supporting a team of high performing individuals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe are a must, and knowledge of Concur, Smartsheet or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience within the financial services, banking, consulting, legal, or similar industries is ideal.
  • Your ability to deal with confidential information, juggle multiple priorities, and your exceptional communication skills will see you go far in this role.
