Executive Assistant/Office Manager

London (City of) SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client, a dynamic global FinTech company is looking for a new Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Conveniently based in the City of London you will be within walking distance from Bank and Liverpool Street Station.

The successful Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be bright, enthusiastic, ambitious and someone who will play a key role in supporting the senior management team in what is an exciting period of growth. No two days will be the same, so the ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding timeframes is crucial.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executive diary management for C-level
  • Manage administrative tasks for senior management team (expenses, travel, booking meetings)
  • Assist with formatting and occasional content for written reports, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist the overseas offices with various tasks
  • Be the first point of contact for employees for office/facilities matters
  • Preparing office for all clients/visitors to ensure a welcoming environment and great first impression
  • Manage the supply and purchasing of office essentials
  • Manage office equipment e.g., copier, printer, TV, coffee machine, etc
  • Managing relationships with third party suppliers & contractors
  • Manage Health & Safety requirements across both offices (London & NY)
  • Manage office induction for all new joiners
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment administration
  • Supervision of the Team Assistant

Who you are:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role, ideally within FinTech or financial services
  • Experience that demonstrates adaptability, ownership and ability to work in fast paced environments
  • A good team player with excellent client facing skills
  • Ability to work 4-5 days a week in the City (option to WFH when required)
