Executive Assistant, Marylebone
London (West End) SALARY: £70,000 - £75,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
Tiger Private is looking for an experienced EA to support an UHNW Businessman in the Luxury Hospitality industry.
Our clients main base is London and you will work from his Marylebone Office, however there will also be an opportunity to travel and work remotely depending on our clients schedule.
The client has properties and businesses in Europe and the States, including in Los Angeles & New York.
In this role, you will support the Principal on a daily basis and ensure the smooth running of the Principal’s business life.
You must have strong interpersonal skills, high-level diary management experience and be confident with managing expenses and accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
The chosen candidate should be prepared to assist with all administrative duties as required by the client.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential; you should be organised, diplomatic with an ability to problem solve. You need excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
This will be a Monday-Friday role, however there will be a requirement to be on call outside of office hours, due to the international lifestyle of the client.
The Principal has a Private PA who will work alongside you and there will be time for complete switch off and rest.
Initially the chosen candidate will need to be based at our clients office.
Remote working will be possible once the Principal feels that the candidate is comfortable with the role and that relationships have been built with the existing other staff members, depending on the workload and clients schedule each week.
