Executive Assistant – Investor Relations

Job Details

London (West End) SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a top investment firm in the West End. The EA will support 4 x senior staff and their direct reports in the investor coverage team based across London, Paris, Frankfurt & Milan. The EA will also act as a local point of contact in London for the global investor relations team.  

 

Key responsibilities will include managing complex agendas and diaries of the team, organising travel and accommodation, preparing client and internal meetings in the London office and managing expenses. You will also have the opportunity to help plan client events.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent English writing and oral skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Proficiency in French, Italian or German is a bonus
  • Prior experience in top consulting firms or Private Equity, financial services or Investor Relations is a plus
