Executive Assistant – Financial Services

Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant to join a leading financial institution in Zürich. This role will join the Executive Office of a Senior Director and their team.

This is a permanent role and will be based in Zürich  

Main responsibilities

  • Organising schedules, maintaining diaries and arranging travel and accommodation across different time zones
  • Co-ordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for producing agendas, reports and required documentation for meetings
  • Coordinating and managing internal and external events which may include workshops, townhalls, etc. and will involve communication, venue management, catering requirements, preparation of program material and management of audio/video set-up
  • Managing external relationships and service providers
  • Manage ad hoc administrative projects and reporting as required

Your skills:

  • Experienced Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5-8 years within a global organisation.
  • Confident and exceptional communication skills and able to deal with Senior leaders across the Group
  • Project management skills and ability to execute functional projects
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office applications – particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent command of both English and German languages demonstrated through good verbal and written communication.
  • Reliable, able to complete work within required time frame and manage own deadline requirements

For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals or professionals possessing a valid EU passport or an existing Swiss permit.
