Executive Assistant – Emirati National

Abu Dhabi, UAE  SALARY: 19,000 AED - 21,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Position Overview: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

*MUST BE AN EMIRATI NATIONAL* 

Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar Management:
    • Coordinate and manage the executive team's calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  2. Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
    • Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
  3. Meeting Coordination:
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
  4. Travel Arrangements:
    • Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation, ensuring efficient itineraries.
  5. Document Preparation:
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required by the executive team.
  6. Confidentiality:
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  7. Office Management:
    • Assist in the smooth operation of the office by managing supplies, equipment, and coordinating maintenance as needed.
  8. Special Projects:
    • Take on special projects and assignments as directed by the executive team.

Qualifications:

  1. Emirati National.
  2. Bachelor's degree.
  3. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  8. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
