A fintech startup based in Soho are hiring for an Executive Assistant to support their Co-Founder/Co-CEO. This role will be hybrid with at least 3 days in office but will depend on the Founders schedule, so the right candidate will be flexible. They are a collaborative team with diverse backgrounds and the company has a very positive working culture.
As the Executive Assistant you would be the gatekeeper and right hand to the company’s two Founders, with 95% of the support being to one of them. This is a great opportunity for someone with Senior EA or Chief of Staff experience, and for someone who is quick thinking and are excited about growing with their executives.
- Heavy calendar management – knowing where to prioritize
- Meeting preparation – internal and external meetings
- Meeting material preparation
- Taking meeting notes
- Travel coordination – domestic and international, including itineraries
- Project management
- Event planning
- Office support
Their ideal candidate has multiple years of previous experience supporting executives, Chief of Staff experience is a plus. Must be comfortable knowing where to prioritize and jumping from one task to the other quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication and able to take initiative where necessary. Proficiency using Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom.
