London (City of) SALARY: £40,000 - £48,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

My client, a global organisation with offices across London, Europe and the US, are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to a Senior Executive who is relocating to the London office. This is a brand-new position where you will play an integral role in ensuring that the leadership team is set up for success and your primary mission will be to provide best-in-class executive support. Starting asap with potemtial for hybrid working.


  • Maximise the Executive's time by ensuring their diary is well organised; troubleshooting conflicts and ensuring the smooth running of their day
  • Proactively anticipate the needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc. and take action to ensure they are properly prepared at all times
  • Develop strategies to ensure effective time management and prioritisation of key tasks
  • Manage the  ‘to-do' list, acting as the main connection between the Executive and their direct reports
  • Deal with all internal and external queries directed to the Executive by email, telephone, or otherwise.
  • Attending meetings on behalf of the Executive, recording meeting minutes, and providing clear updates to the Senior Management team
  • Organise travel when required - flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, transfers, currency, restaurants and meetings
  • Coordinate management reports and progress updates
  • Assist with confidential projects and personal tasks
  • Complete expense reports


  • Minimum of 4years’ experience as an Executive Assistant - preferably with some C-Suite exposure
  • Previous experience working within financial or a professional services environment.
  • The ability to navigate fast-paced, time-sensitive, and rapidly evolving tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of building relationships across departments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, hardworking, and tenacious with a desire to be hands-on
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset; no job being too big or too small to undertake.
  • Resilient and adaptable to change, proactive and quick to learn.
