Executive Assistant 1:1 role

London (City of) SALARY: £48,000 - £55,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a great team within a boutique City-based Investment firm. This is a very hands-on role working within a small team to support the Managing Director with day to day EA tasks. The successful candidate will have previous experience as an EA, ideally within financial or professional services.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and coordinate diary appointments, board meetings and conferences
  • Support the Managing Director with maintaining their agenda and keep minutes
  • Manage client information flow
  • Perform research and prepare reports and presentations with the findings
  • Prepare financial statements and invoices
  • Extensive international travel organisation and visas as required
  • Direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Support with any adhoc personal errands and requests
  • Adhoc project support

What you’ll need:

  • A good sense of humour!
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably at C-Suite level
  • Experience within financial or professional services desired
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Flexibility and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
